Quite a neat product, but,as other reviewers have noted, it is necessary to have a space of at least 7 cms. between the base of the wall socket and the top of a skirting board (or floor), and preferably 8-10 cms. if wishing to accommodate the plug-in transformers used so widely these days for some items of electronic equipment and rechargers. Depending on the amount of protrusion of the wall-socket cover panel, it may be necessary to glue on a small adhesive pad (or similar)to fill any gap between the back of the adaptor and the wall, to give a firm base when plugging-in appliances.

I found this item really quite good, true it wold be a good idea if they did them with the sockets on the top as wel as the bottom but other than that as log as you check there is room to fit it, it is fine

This ought to be an excellent product. But it is not designed to fit any plug socket just above a floor or skirting board, ie many of them in a typical house - it is too 'deep'. It maybe ought to be designed the other way round, ie with the adaptor sockets above the plug which goes in the wall. Check exactly where you want to place it before ordering...
